| Abstract | In recent years, vocational education has become well-respected in the competitive world of work in Hong Kong. Drawing on relevant research literature and other documents, this paper considers the current nature, role, and significance of vocational education, with a particular focus on how vocational education promotes competitiveness in the young people of this region. Suggestions are then given for enhancing vocational education.
近年來，在香港競爭激烈的工作世界，職業教育成為一個備受關注的課程。在借鑒相關研究文獻和資料的基礎上，此文探討了職業教育的現狀、角色和意義。並且進一步聚焦職業教育如何提升香港年青人的競爭力。最 後 ，提出強化職業教育推行的相關建議。 |
