Abstract

目的分析PICC置管知情同意书的结构层次和文字表达,为改进现有PICC置管知情同意书提供参考.方法 采用内容分析法,对上海市7所三级医院和《北京大学人民医院医疗知情同意书汇编》提供的PICC置管知情同意书进行分析.结果 共获得9份知情同意书和1份置管拒绝书,析出题目、患者信息、前置指导语、并发症及意外事件、其他情况说明、患方知情选择、院方告知陈述、患方签字、院方签字、日期、其他内容共11项主题.结论 PICC置管知情同意书均具有知情同意的作用,并允许患者拒绝置管,但其内容及描述方式还有待补充和改进.


Objective To investigate and analyze the hierarchical structure and literal expression of informed consent documents, and to provide reference for improvement of documents of PICC placement. Methods Content analysis method was used to analyze the informed consent documents obtained for PICC placement and offered by seven tertiary hospitals in Shanghai and Compiles of Medical Informed Consent Forms of Peking University People’s Hospital. Results Nine informed consent forms and one placement refusal form were obtained, and eleven themes were identified: title of the forms, patient information, pre-placement instructions, complications and accidents, other instructions, informed choices for patients to make, hospital’s statement, patient’s signature, hospital’s signature, date and other contents. Conclusion Consent documents play a role in obtaining patients’ informed consent, and allow patients to refuse PICC placement.
