| Abstract | 摘要：目的:对PICC置管前评估相关临床实践指南进行文献内容分析,为构建适合我国本土的PICC置管前评估的临床实践指南提供参考.方法:采用内容分析法,对网络检索及现场获取的相关临床实践指南进行文献内容分析.结果:共纳入16份临床实践指南,析出23项PICC置管前评估相关内容,尚未发现仅针对PICC置管前评估的临床实践指南.结论:现有指南虽可指导PICC置管前评估,但缺乏针对性,容易造成评估的简化、缺失,甚至错误.研究人员及临床护理人员应结合我国实际情况和最佳证据,构建适合本土的PICC置管前评估临床实践指南. |
