Conference Paper: Photonic integrated circuits with bound states in the continuum

TitlePhotonic integrated circuits with bound states in the continuum
Authors
Issue Date2020
Citation
Optics InfoBase Conference Papers, 2020, v. Part F181-CLEO-AT 2020, article no. JTh2B.14 How to Cite?
AbstractWe experimentally demonstrated photonic integrated circuits with bound states in the continuum by patterning low-refractive-index waveguides on a high-refractive-index substrate. We also demonstrated high-Q microcavities, directional couplers, and electro-optic modulators working under this principle.
