AbstractWe demonstrate widely tunable triple/quad ring-resonator reflectors using ultra-low loss Si3N4 waveguides. A single reflection peak with 2.6 pm bandwidth, > 15 dB SMSR across > 45 nm tuning range is demonstrated. This tunable reflector enables integrated narrow linewidth lasers and high-performance filters.
