Abstract© 2016 OSA. Novel phase features of EIT-like effect are theoretically identified in terahertz metamaterials. An active transition between distinct EIT phase regimes and a tunable optical delay > 3.5 ps are also demonstrated by introducing gate-controlled graphene.
