AbstractThe purpose of our session is to develop an understanding of the roles of university supervisors, employed by an urban residency program, and their pedagogies in their communications with residents. This future casting session will allow participants to vision the future of the supervisory roles in their own teacher education settings by engaging in peer-to-peer dialogues.
