Development of Manchuology in Korea——take Korean Translation of manju i yargiyan kooli as an Example

Abstract

Being an important document we know about later Jin and Qing dynasty,the manju i yargiyan kooli is a one of the most significant way to learn Manchu inscriptions and culture throughout the world. It was complied in Manchu,Mongolian and Chinese,and later translated into English and Janpanese. The first Korean version was translated by Mr. Cui Hegen in the State University of Seoul from Korea,then lots of scholars began to research on the Korean version based on Manchu version. There some differences between Manchu-Korean version and Mongolian-Korean version,which could both reflect the progress and development of Manchuology in Manchu.

《滿洲實錄》不單是關于后金和清朝早期狀況研究的主要史料,而且是世界各地的學者認識滿洲文化和滿文的管道之一。《滿洲實錄》以三種語言(滿蒙漢)編纂,并被翻譯成為英、日、現代蒙文等語言。韓國首爾國立大學崔鶴根先生據清朝蒙文譯本《滿洲實錄》翻譯成韓文,首爾地區多間大學的學者復以滿文原本詮釋韓文版。蒙翻韓與滿翻韓兩種譯本《滿洲實錄》各有異同,或因一人和多人集體翻譯之別。兩種譯本的出版,真實反映出韓國滿學于近三十年來的功績和進步。
