AbstractDoctoral education aims at cultivating innovative academic talents while research universities have taken the responsibility to train top innovative talents. The reform of cultivation mechanism for postgraduate students has been focused on improving their academic aspiration and abilities as well as enhancing of training qualities. Take the research group of academician L as an example, the author has done an empirical study on the concept and mechanism of the cultivation and motivation of the doctoral students in this group from five aspects, including induction factors set,behavior guidance system, behavior span system, behavior space-time system and behavior naturalization system. And an ideal pattern of the mechanism has been extracted. 博士生教育是以培養創新型學術人才為主要目標的辦學層次,研究型大學承擔了培養拔尖創新人才的重要責任。激發博士生的學術志趣與能力,提高博士生培養質量是研究生培養機制改革關注的重點問題。以L院士課題組為案例,從誘導因素集合、行為導向制度、行為幅度制度、行為時空制度和行為歸化制度五個方面對該課題組博士生培養激勵理念與機制進行實證研究與分析,提煉出理科博士生培養激勵機制的理想模式。
