Abstract | The Xpatch, FISC and scaleME are compared using a cone-cylinder. Through the process of qualitatively comparing the Xpatch data to the FISC or ScaleME data, certain aspect angles are accurately predicted using high frequency methods. High frequency techniques are ultrafast as compared to method of moment techniques even when accelerated using MLFMA. It is found that Xpatch is superior for predicting specular scattering regions including the neighboring sidelobes. |
