dc.description.abstract | Gold(III)phosphine complexes [Aum(CNC)mL]<n+ >(where HCNCH=2,6-diphenylpyridine) and their use as anti-tumor agents are disclosed. Notable results for the appearance of new potential anti-tumor application of these gold(III) complexes are reported. The described complexes show promising cytotoxic properties toward cancer cells in both in vitro and in vivo studies. | en_HK |
