AbstractThe combination of employing electrophoretic technology with high covering power and the capability of using polymer nano-emulsion particles to produce a coherent layer of anti-corrosive polymer coating leads to the formation of coating layers with desirable properties such as being an extremely thin, transparent and coherent layer with uniform deposition on corners, edges and small holes, and showing suitable hardness, good corrosion protection and strong adherence to the underlying substrates. The technology can thus be applied to various industries for the purpose of decoration and corrosion protection of conductive substrates.
