Abstract | Several authors have recently suggested that educational planning is experiencing an identity crisis. This paper charts the development of educational planning in Papua New Guinea over the last four decades, and demonstrates considerable growth in activity. It suggests that although problems exist with the quality and implementation of plans, at least in Papua New Guinea there is no sign of an identity crisis. © 1985 Martinus Nijhoff Publishers. |
