| Abstract | 提要: 本研究主要關注教師教育如何專業回應教育改革的呼籲問題。研究始於一項師生共同評價教與學 (STELT) 的教育改革、通過跟蹤記錄一個為期三年、旨在幫助學生進入救師專業學習的課題發展計畫，探究通過創建共同體中的共同學習的社會關係來整合教與學的意義。在傳統的學生評教 (SET) 體制中，現有的課程凸顯出教育改革和不變的教育評價體系之間的矛盾。現有的制度架構將教育者置於弱勢地位，要求教育者既為既有體制負責，又要回應改革產生的新的要求。本文即探討這種弱勢地位與教育者的內在力量之間的關係，展示了在既有架構之內進行探究式學習的過程。在結論部分討論了共同體式學習所面臨的挑戰和機遇。 |
