These can manifest as disagreements within organizations on social issues such as diversity and sustainability. In examining such questions, he employs both experimental methods as well as advanced text analysis tools to yield insights into the intricate dynamics of conflicts.
He has published in journals such as Organizational Behavior and Human Decision Processes and Journal of Management and featured in practitioner outlets such as Harvard Business Review. Finally, he is involved as minor contributors in multiple meta-scientific and crowdsourcing endeavors published in top outlets such as Psychological Bulletin, Organizational Behavior and Human Decision Processes, Journal of Experimental Social Psychology, and Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences.
