Dr Zhu, Han 朱含
Dr. Han Zhu is a Research Assistant Professor at the Department of Law, University of Hong Kong. Her research interests are Chinese Constitutional law, constitutional development in transitional societies, social movements and law, and human rights in China. She was the recipient of, among other awards, Hong Kong PhD Fellowship and HKU Award for Outstanding Research Postgraduate Student. She also passed the PRC National Judicial Exam. Prior to Joining HKU, Dr. Zhu had the experience of working in government and international law firm. She was a visiting scholar of the Institutum Iurisprudentiae of the Academia Sinica in Taiwan in winter 2014. She has published a number of journal articles and book chapters in both English and Chinese. Her translation of James Mill’ Essay on Government was published in 2018 by the Commercial Press in Beijing and was included into the Chinese Translation of World Famous Academic Works series in 2020.
