Dr Tsang, Sandra Kit Man 曾潔雯
Dr. Sandra Tsang Kit Man, JP, is an Associate Professor of the Department of Social Work and Social Administration of The University of Hong Kong. She is a Registered Clinical Psychologist, and a Registered Social Worker. Her research, publications and media profile focus on parent education, children with special educational needs, children and youth development, and drug prevention. She has developed many evidence-based multi-session parent-education group programs for parents with children aged from 18 months to 6 years, including Hands on Parent Empowerment (HOPE), Healthy Start, Parent and Child Enhancement (PACE), Fun to Learning for the Youngster (FLY) and Happy Parenting. She was also instrumental in the local adaptation of the Parent-Child Interactive Therapy (PCIT) Program for children with oppositional-defiant behavior problems, and also children with Attention Deficit and Hyperactivity Disorder. Her latest major work is leading the Family Support Team of the Jockey Club Autism Support Network Project to enhance public acceptance and support of families with members suffering from Autism Spectrum Disorder. As the wife of Pastor John Ho, she is also active in church services.
