Objectives
Primary liver tumors in children include hepatoblastoma (HB) and hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) and are more common in Asians. A robust clinical risk-stratification schema has been developed but biological heterogeneity among these entities and within HB has not been comprehensively evaluated. Our proposed study investigates the clinical utility of epigenomic profiling in the classification and subgrouping of pediatric liver tumors.
