Objectives
1. develop a pre-emptive detection and tracking bioinformatics system for SARS-CoV2 variants to inform future vaccine design and development. 2. assess the factors associated with COVID-19 vaccine uptake and protection 3. evaluate the effectiveness of a vaccine allergy safety track (VAS-Track) protocol on stratifying the risk and diagnosing excipient & vaccine allergies. 4. Economic evaluation of VAS-Track to improve COVID19 vaccination coverage and COVID19 related health outcomes.
