Objectives
1. To determine the functional role of novel mutations detected using whole exome sequencing in patients with acute promyelocytic leukaemia demonstrating resistance to arsenic trioxide 2. To determine the frequencies of these mutations in a cohort of patients with with acute promyelocytic leukaemia refractory to arsenic trioxide.
