| Abstract | 香港近年的強姦案件有三個明顯的趨勢: (1) 大部分強姦者都是青年; (2) 受害者趨向低齡化; (3) 輪姦個案大增。 一般人相信強姦是青年人為發洩性慾而做出的突發性犯罪行為，本文指出青 年強姦是一種複雜的現象，最少有四種模式: (1) 陌 生 人「計劃式」強 姦；(2) 相識者「計劃 式」強姦；(3) 趁機式強姦; (4)「遊戲式」強姦。每種強姦模式無論在犯案動機、使用暴力之 程度、犯案者與受害者的關係、及犯案地點都不同。其中最值得注意的是青少年所犯的「遊 戲式」強姦漸趨普遍，但很少受害者報案，而警方對這類強姦案件感到最難處理。 |
