Abstract目的:研究直結腸癌細胞線粒體的超微結構。方法:收集香港大學瑪麗醫院直結腸外科手術切除的直結腸癌大體病檢標本共18例。用透射電鏡觀察線粒體,并取正常黏膜作對照組。結果:直結腸癌細胞線粒體腫脹,空泡化,脊稀少,排列紊亂。凋亡細胞的線粒體比非凋亡細胞的線粒體多,形態更接近正常。結論:線粒體超微結構的異常與腫瘤的代謝方式及細胞凋亡有密切關系。 Objective:To study the ultrastructure of mitochondria of colorectal cancer.Methods:18 cases of colorectal cancer specimens were collected from Mary hosipital in University of Hong Kong.The ultrastructures of the specimens from colorectal cancer lesions and normal mucosa were observed with electron microscopy.Results:The results showed that the colorectal cancer cells had swollen and vacuolated mitochondria with disarrangement and unfolding of cristae.In addition,apoptotic colorectal cancer cells had fewer mitochondria than non-apoptotic cancer cells in number,and it′s structure was more normal.Conclusion:The ultrastructure abnormalities of mitochondria is related to the metabolism and apoptosis of tumor.
