AbstractFor the multirigional electricity market which will be soon actualized in China, a practical and fast method, which is based on the DC power flow linear distribution factors, to calculate the maximum transaction volume between two regions in a multiregional power system is presented. Considering the thermal stability of transmission lines and the dynamic stability constraint for cut set power flow of tie-line between regions as well as the N-1 static security constraint, this method can be applied to the calculation of maximum transaction volume between two bus sets in a same region as well as that between two bus sets in two different regions. The calculation results for IEEE-30 bus system show that the presented method is fast and effective. 提出了基於直流潮水散佈因子的區域電網之間雙邊買賣最年夜買賣量的快速計較方式。該方式斟酌了線路熱穩定、區域間聯絡線割集潮水的動穩定約束和計及“N-1”靜態平安約束。該方式可適用於區域內和區域間點集對點集的最年夜買賣量的計較。 IEEE30節點系統的計較成效驗證了該方式的快速性與有用性。
