AbstractThe seismic assessment of structural performance of transfer structures under potential seismic actions was presented. The factors influencing the response behavior of transfer structures were highlighted and discussed. Various methodologies involved included response spectrum analysis (RSA), manual calculation, pushover analysis (POA) and equivalent static load analysis (ESA). The assessment provided a general indication of the seismic vulnerability of the structures.
