借鑒高分子亞濃溶液線團收縮理論 ,研究了脫氧核糖核酸 (DNA)片段在高分子溶液全濃度區間的電泳遷移行為。結果表明 ,在高分子稀溶液、亞濃溶液和濃溶液 3個不同濃度區間 ,DNA的電泳遷移行為各不同 ,DNA片段的分離在這 3個濃度區間也存在差異。
