AbstractFor the simultaneous determination of furfural (1),5 hydroxy methylfurfural (2) and ascorbic acid,the sample is separated by using a fast acid analysis column (100×7.8 mm),and a mobile phase consisting of acetonitrile / 0.005 mol/L H 2SO 4 (15∶85).The retention times of 1,2 and ascorbic acid,are 9.00,6.00,and 2.45min respectively. 采用高效液相色譜法，以快速酸分析色譜柱（１００×７．８ｍｍ），對維生素Ｃ、５－羥甲基糠醛和糠醛進行了分離測定。
