AbstractThe effects of glucose , acetate and bicarbonate as carbon sources on the mixotrophic growth of S. platensis were studied. Both glucose and acetate could better enhance the growth of S. platensis than an inorganic carbon source, bicarbonate. Glucose supported the best specific growth rate (μ=0.62 d-1) and resulted in the highest final biomass concentration (d.w t. 2.637 g/ 1).The Phycocyanin content of the alga on the three carbon sources was similar to each o ther, being approximately 130±10mg/ g d.wt. biomass. It was found that the phycocyanin formation was affected by light intensity. 研究葡萄糖、乙酸鹽和碳酸鹽等作為不同碳源對鈍頂螺旋藻的混合培養生長的影響。與無機碳源對比,葡萄糖和乙酸鹽能較好地改善鈍頂螺旋藻的生長,葡萄糖使之獲得最大的生長速率(P=0.62/o和產生最多的生物量(干重為2.637g/1);這三種碳源對藻藍蛋白含量的影響基本一致,約為13010mg/I干重細胞。研究發現,藻藍蛋白的含量主要受光強度影響。
