| Abstract | 在牙周疾病流行病學調查中 ,通常采用 1982年Ainaomo等提出的“社區牙周治療需要指數”(communi ty periodontal index of t reatment needs,CPITN)來描述調查對象的牙周健康狀況 ,但該指數僅反映牙周的部分健康狀況 ,對牙齦萎縮與牙槽骨的吸收情況、牙周附著喪失的程度等缺乏觀察 ,有一定的局限性[1] 。 1996～ 1997年我們在廣東省進行了一次口腔健康社會流行病學調查 ,采用“社區牙周指數 ((CPI)”[2 ] 和“牙周附著喪失 ((LOA)”作為牙周各區段檢查內容 ,期望更全面說明人群中牙周健康狀況。本文旨在描述廣東省中老年人的牙周健康狀況。 |
