AbstractWe report on our recent progress in development of ultrafast, actively-stabilized Cr:ZnS/Se lasers. A low-noise frequency comb producing single-cycle pulses at 2.3 μm is spectrally converted to the mid-infrared band covering almost 4 optical octaves.
