Abstract

One Health (OH) is now on the agenda of many governments and international health organisations, drawing attention from natural scientists, social scientists, ecologists, public health experts and ethicists. As a biomedical approach and perhaps a social movement, OH brings to the fore novel ethical issues and dilemmas pertaining to any number of these professions or at least adds complexity to old ethical issues and dilemmas.
