AbstractThe purpose of this study is to explore the residents' sense of place and its influencing factors in Huangbeiling Village, Shenzhen, through a series of research methods, and to study the relationship between residents' sense of place and subjective well-being. Through the in-depth study of this special housing form, we hope not only to comprehensively understand the needs of residents in housing and environment, but also to reveal the impact of the sense of place on residents' subjective well-being. The study adopted a comprehensive method combining qualitative and quantitative methods, obtained residents' personal feelings and subjective views through interviews, and revealed the relationship between various factors through quantitative analysis. Ultimately, we hope to put forward practical suggestions and measures to improve the quality of life of residents in urban villages in Shenzhen, guide urban construction and management, and enhance residents' happiness.
