AbstractIt is worth taking a closer look at the Court of Justice judgment in Selex Sistemi Integrati Spa v. Commission. The Court of Justice’s judgment adds important elements with regard to the definition of undertaking, as it partly redefines the boundaries between the exercise of public authority and economic activity.
