| Abstract | 桑叶始载于东汉《神农本草经》,谓桑叶可以解表除热、止汗。明清医家更指出桑叶味苦、甘,性寒。甘而养血,苦寒凉血,甘寒相合而养阴,具有清凉降火、补阴养血、凉血止血、安胎、平肝风等效用。桑叶色青,脉络致密而清晰,而入肺络;“桑”应东方之箕星,又入肝经,能宣肺气,清西方之燥,泻东方之实。桑叶入药以经霜者佳。清代傅青主及陈士铎擅长以桑叶治产后汗证;清代王孟英喜用桑叶治血虚内热而致胎动不安;桑叶最被推崇用于妇科的崩漏。北宋绍兴钱氏女科及清代林佩琴用桑叶治肝郁气滞型血崩;傅青主则以桑叶治年老血崩及血海太热血崩;近代张锡纯及当代岳美中对傅青主以桑叶治血崩学术思想有所继承及发展,在临床上加减应用,疗效显著。 |
