AbstractThis paper presents a phase in the fabrication of the sub-assembly for returning the flame in the heat exchangers, namely MAG mechanized welding of bolts with a diameter between 20-28 mm, in the S235 steel tube plates with a thickness of 10, 16 and 20 mm. The proposed mechanization leads to an increase in productivity and in the quality of the seam, a reduction of fabrication costs, facilitation of the execution conditions, a minimum investment required from the beneficiary.
