Abstract | The characteristics of the non-line-of-sight (NLOS) scattering channel for underwater optical wireless communication in the optical transmission window (wavelength of 400nm-600nm) are studied. The channel is modeled by the Monte-Carlo ray tracing technique. The impulse response and path loss at different wavelengths in variable water conditions are analyzed in detail. |
