AbstractThis study is to review services performance of the property management company and the affection level by the captioned housing factor towards housing well-being. In this study, it explored the dissatisfied services provided by the management company and argued that a large impact would be observed by the services performance towards resident’s housing wellbeing level. Total 128 questionnaires were collected from two residential estates, Ocean Shores and Aegean Villa, which are managed by the same property management company and they are targeted as interviewees in this study. Data of services performance was analysed and the satisfaction level by residents towards different residential services are reviewed. According to the one tailed hypothesis testing, there was an association between property services performance level and housing wellbeing level, which is not included in traditional research relating to the topic of housing wellbeing. With the implication by the Property Management Services Authority and regular review scheme conducted by the management services teams, services performance could be improved and resident’s housing wellbeing level could be enhanced.
