Abstract | This paper explores different ways of enlarging the global frame of Law and Literature. Taking a key strand from the study of world literature as a starting point, it proposes making the concept of circulation an integral part of our interdiscipline. It will illustrate this approach through an examination of the interactions between law and Hong Kong film. |
