AbstractSteroid phobia and various misconceptions about atopic dermatitis are common, contributing to treatment failure in management of childhood asthma. Exploration of parental concerns and provision of education and support are keys to successful management. Practical Management issues on choice of emollients, bathing practices and use of Topical anti-inflammatory agents were discussed.
