AbstractWe present a case to demonstrate the feasibility of transapical beating heart mitral valve repair in a patient with dextrocardia. This minimally invasive technique provides simple, safe and satisfactory mitral repair. The surgical technique, outcome and prognosis are not affected by the condition.
