AbstractThe speech was to bring forth a future perspective of how the city of Hong Kong should be developed. The initiative to investigate the current situations of Hong Kong and its correspondence significance to engage people to shape 'free space' as a form of public space was meant to generate discussions and imaginations of how cities should be developed towards the future.
