Abstract | It argued that Art 6 of the ECHR worked on certain features of the civil law system and could not apply to the common law system without appropriate modification, or otherwise it would result in over-judicialization of the administrative process or disturbing the fine balance of separation of powers between the executive and the judiciary. |
