Abstract | BaCe1-xMnxO3-δ (x = 0.05-0.30) were prepared by high temperature solid state reaction method. The phase composition and microstructure of BaCe1-xMnxO3-δ were characterized by XRD and SEM. Ac impedance spectroscopy at fifferent temperature (250-800°C) was determined by IM6e electrochemical station. The experimental results showed that when x at the range of 0.05-0.10. The phase composition of samples are pure perovskite; when x is various from 0.10 to 0.30, the second phase Ba2MnO3 appeared. Density and electrical conductivity of samples sintered at 1500°C increased as the dopant Mn2+ concentration increasing. The electrical conductivity of BaCe0.7Mn0.3O3-δ (x = 0.3) sintered at 1500°C could up to 1.14 × 10-3 S·cm-1 at 800°C. |
