| Abstract | 上博簡《訟成》篇(原題《容成氏》)實乃先秦墨家著作,并非如主流學術界所認定的所謂道家文獻。從《訟成》篇的釋讀中,我們可以看到此篇的主旨為墨家的尚賢思想。而此篇的論說方式更顯示了可能是與墨徒組織中的談辯或說書這兩大派有關:其中關于言談時所重用的三法(即三表)和說先王之書等等正是有力的珍貴線索。 |
