AbstractThe ability to fabricate functionalized, three-dimensional molecularly imprinted microstructures using μSL was demonstrated. The experimental conditions used to achieve spatial resolution in μSL do not disrupt the binding interactions between the functional monomers and the template. It was found that the range of target analytes that were responsive to molecular imprinting was large and include simple drugs and their metabolites, pesticides, peptides, and proteins.
