AbstractKey Messages 1. Geriatric hip fracture is best managed by a multidisciplinary geriatric hip fracture clinical pathway (GHFCP). 2. Implementation of a GHFCP results in decreased preoperative waiting time and length of hospital stay, decreased mortality and complication rate, reduced manpower cost, and increased efficiency.
