| Abstract | A “Core-cooled” approach on nuclear reactor safety is presented, assuming failure of water cooling on nuclear power reactors in incidents. To this aim, an innovative mobile close-loop water chilling system is discussed, bringing water-chilling technology ( ref. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CMG7BHjA_-o ; http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8m78YqWPEEE ) into fire department operations on preventing core-melt down of nuclear reactors.
