| Abstract | 目的 回顾性分析香港大学深圳医院患者幽门螺杆菌(Hp)现症感染率,确定包含多西环素的Hp根除方案的疗效.方法 收集本院2014年1月10日至2015年10月20日所有13C呼气实验结果,以及多西环素应用于Hp根除治疗方案的处方数据,计算本院患者的Hp现症感染率、Hp根除的总失败率,以及含多西环素Hp根除方案的失败率,并统计比较.结果 本院Hp现症感染率约为43.40％;各种治疗方案的总初治失败率为43.26％,总复治失败率为50.00％,其中包含多西环素治疗方案的初治失败率为30.90％,复治失败率为46.43％;包含多西环素Hp根除方案的初治失败率低于总体初治失败率(P＜0.05).结论 本院患者Hp现症感染率为43.40％,低于全国平均感染率;含多西环素的Hp根除方案是一种较好的初治方案. |
