| Abstract | 美国注册作业治疗师(OTR)考试由非盈利机构全美作业治疗资质认证委员会(NBCOT)设立与管理。OTR考试以美国临床一线作业治疗师的定期分析调查为基础,由注册考试发展委员会(CEDC)根据调查的结果,通过制定考试蓝本、设计考题、反复论证和放入保密性题库等步骤,供电脑按知识领域比例随机选题。美国OTR考试的设计特点在于与时俱进、专业性强,具备广泛民意基础,与美国临床实际情况紧密结合,设计过程具有高度循证和科学性,对我国作业治疗专业建设具有借鉴作用。 |
