Abstract胡煥章教授長期從事嶺南脾胃病的中醫臨床科研工作,在脾胃病治療方面,謹守病機,用藥精細,臨床診療靈活多變,主張要“知常達變”,然而常法易知,變法難達。本研究從調氣機、疏肝、祛濕、理血化瘀、調寒熱方面闡述胡煥章教授“知常達變”治療脾胃病的經驗。
