AbstractThe heterometallic Ni/Zn compound [Ni(bpy)3][Zn(NCO) 4]·H2O was synthesized and crystallographically characterized. This complex is an efficient catalyst in the H/D exchange reaction of salicylaldehyde, as confirmed by 1H NMR spectroscopy and GC-MS analysis. © 2014 Mendeleev Communications. All rights reserved.
